Change is the fuel for personal, professional and business growth. Enlightened corporations and individuals looking to improve in any given arena will look to implement change and possibly make paradigm shifts. If you are not currently creating the results you would like in your body, life, or business, it may be time for a change.
How well or how poorly you manage your biological systems, your biochemistry, and your thoughts and emotions will impact personal and business profitability, quality of relationships, and quality of life. Many corporate cultures don't create environments that edify the human resources that make up that culture. Then they wonder why profitability suffers.
Individually, as we move through the life continuum we change at a cellular level. what worked at 20 years old most times no longer works at 50 years old, especially in the care and feeding of your human race car. Life continuously asks us to go to the next level. Evolve or dissolve. Your either climbin or slidin. There's no standing still.
The sophistication level required today to get the most out of your body, your life, or your organization is extremely high. This includes taking in new information and applying it. We are in the information age . However many organizations and individuals are operating with industrial age paradigms. This is equivalent to trying to find your way around Phoenix with a map of San Diego.
Nutrition at a micro and macro level impacts physiology and biochemistry.Physiology and biochemistry impacts thinking. Thinking impacts emotions. Collectively they impact results regardless of your undertaking. So at the roots of your potential success is how well you manage your human performance systems. My programs give you the knowledge and the tools to take you to your desired success destination.
Your body is made up of about 70 trillion cells and is constantly sloughing off or eliminating old cells and building new cells from the raw materials we ingest and possibly the thoughts and emotions we experience.
The big question is, what is the quality of the food you ingest, the nutritional supplements you consume, if any, and the thoughts and emotions you are experiencing? Inferior raw materials leads to inferior quality cells.
Anybody can go to the gym and train. The greater discipline is in the arena of nutrition.

No, only perfect practice makes perfect. Your brain and nervous system are pattern generators. When it comes to skills development, for sports for example, I discourage practicing skills after high intensity strength and conditioning workouts. When physical and/ or mental fatigue are present the athlete tends not to execute the correct movement patterns that lead to success. Especially in skills that emphasize and require specific movement patterns in order to generate successful outcomes.Training/ practicing skills in a fatigued state where execution is faulty only builds more faulty movement patterns into the subconcious mind. As an athlete, when you practice skills it's like installing computer software. Once installed that's what you get out at a later date. Be picky and be aware about the quality of the skills software you are installing. Just know that that when it comes to sports skills you get out what you put in. Practice and emphasize skills training when the athlete is fresh.

It doesn't matter if your Tony Romo, the quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys, a business executive or an entrepeneur the pre event meal matters, that is if you care about results and outcomes. What you eat, the volume/ amount you eat, the distribution/ ratio of carbs to protein to fat, and how close to the time of the event among other variables all play a part in your performance. For a business account executive with a presentation to a key client at 4:00 pm, what he/she eats at 12:00 noon will affect how sharp they are for that meeting. Dwight Freeney, the defensive end for the Indianapolis Colts had major cramping problems. He implementd a specialized nutriion program to solve the problem and take his game to the next level. In his case it was to solve a performance problem and to maximize his athleticism.
Food affects brain function and mental acuity, positively or negatively. One of the culprits in poor brain function which ties in with your ability to execute correctly and problem solve is insulin, a hormone which comes from your pancreas. Excessive insulin produces lethargy and brain fog, and fat storage. Mental mistakes, in competition for example, can in some cases be traced back to a less than optimum pre game meal. It amazes me how many athletes and business people are clueless about how food impacts performance. If you were/ are gifted enough to make it to an elite level of sports performance without paying attention to optimum nutrition consider yourself lucky. Now that your there everybody is as good as you are or better. How are you going to take it up a notch? EAT TO LIVE, DON'T LIVE TO EAT. What was Tony Romos pre game meal in his last playoff game last season where he fumbled the field goal hold? Maybe it was good. Maybe there was room for improvement.

Are you struggling with your body? Overweight? Tired? Low energy? No muscle tone? Lack of flexibility? Mentally lethargic? Do you feel older than your years? You can have more energy, wellness, and vitality. You are a person who wants to enjoy life. But is your body lacking the vibrancy to do it? If you are like many people you want to decrease body fat, increase lean body mass/ muscle, improve posture, increase authentic energy, sleep better, feel younger, upgrade sports and business performance, and achieve your healthy weight. Our programs promote wellness and optimum human performance rather than respond to illness. If you are like a growing number of people today, you realize that as you age the one thing that allows you to continue to enjoy life is wellness. Investing in yourself and getting turned on to this process is a phenomenal experience.
Sports nutrition falls under the broader topic of human performance and human performance strategies. Vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, enzymes, coenzymes, electrolytes, amino acids, essential fatty acids, antioxidants, accessory nutrients, macronutrients, micronutrients, and their downstream impact on human biochemistry will affect human sports performance and human performance in general. This is generally recognized by the best authorities. Another key to maximizing your results is consuming the right nutritional cofactors in the right combinations and at the right time of day.
Human performance strategies include nutrition as the raw material for building the body at a cellular level. Your body is made up of 70 trillion plus cells. Food and supplementation affect each cell and ultimately brain function, energy, quality of sleep, mood and emotions, capacity to handle stress, lean body mass/ muscle and much more.
Customized corrective and high performance strength and conditioning programs focus on your needs and goals and take into consideration where you are on the life continuum. Many people are in the gym 6-8 weeks and then they are gone due to injury because their understanding of functional anatomy is deficient or non existent. With professional guidance you eliminate potential obstacles. To be successful in creating your highest and best body many factors should be taken into consideration. For example, when it comes to the many components of physical development too much is as bad as not enough. Without sufficient recovery between conditioning sessions it can become counterproductive.
Women have unique challenges in getting results from their nutrition, health, and fitness programs and in creating the body they want. Custom designed strategies and programs will make all the difference in the world. A key component in addressing a womans potential beauty is an inside out approach. Inside out means giving the body what it needs at a cellular level and it will do the rest.
Custom designed programs take into consideration factors that impact the aging process such as antioxidant status. Have you seen an apple cut in half, the interior exposed? Oxidation and free radicals cause/ create a browning and discoloration of the apple. However an antioxidant added to the exposed apple surface drastically reduces or eliminates the browning/ discoloration process in the apple. We are like the apple, going through varying degrees of cellular degradation on a daily basis. The apple browning out is a type of biological rust. We can have a positive impact on slowing the human oxidative rusting or browning out process by consuming high quality nutrients, optimum lifestyle choices and how we manage our biological systems.
